Every company is becoming a technology company. Whether tech is in your mission or it enables that mission, every company is finding they need to work with tech in new ways.
This is called tech intensity. When you are able to use existing technology to create new technology that gives you new capabilities, you are in a state of tech intensity.
Tech intensity is the future. This is so important that I’m going to say it again: Tech intensity is the future. This is where you’re going. Being able to use existing technology to create new technology requires advanced skills. And with training, you will get there.
In partnership with Microsoft, up to 30 June 2022, staff from all CAUDIT member organisations can access free advanced Azure role-based courses through the Enterprise Skills Initiative (ESI). This is an exclusive program run by Microsoft’s Worldwide Learning team that provides access to training events and certification at no cost across the full Azure training catalogue.
Access to the ESI program is by organisation registration. If you are interested in joining the ESI program, first find out if your organisation already has access by visiting the ESI portal and attempt to sign in using your work address. If your organisation isn’t registered for the program you will receive an error message along the lines of ‘Sorry this email address is not eligible…’ .
To register your organisation for the program please forward through confirmation from your CIO/IT Director to myself at cassandra.spencer@caudit.edu.au advising that they would like to join the ESI program and the details of whom your internal contact will be (name, position and email). I will connect them with the team at Microsoft for access and to be onboarded through the complete ESI offer.
Suitable candidates for this program are members with minimum of 5 learners from their team
To ensure that all new and existing users of the ESI understand the program and how to access the courses, we will be scheduling in a lunch and learn session at 1pm AEDT on Thursday 03 March 2022 with Microsoft to take you through the Cloud Skilling resources in more detail and to answer any questions that you may have. This session is also relevant for existing users to ensure that you are getting the most value out of the program and how you can access and utilise this resource for your staff.
This is a private Showcase for the staff of CAUDIT Member Organisations only. Registration details are included in the download link below.
CAUDIT acknowledges the Traditional Owners of the lands where we live, learn and work. We pay our respects to Elders past and present and celebrate the stories, culture and traditions of all First Nations people.
