Helen has been at the forefront of operational and digital transformation over the past two decades, with C-suite and Senior Management positions in the ASX, Private Equity and Government sectors.
Pioneering significant digital transformation initiatives throughout her career, Helen was award winning in Public Sector and Academia Sector in the Telstra Women's Awards for Innovation in 2019, as a personable and leader in her field.
Helen’s work in championing back-office reforms, encompassing people, processes, data and technology in complex, multi-year programs have culminated in positive cultural movements for workplaces, keeping the people at the heart of every digital transformation initiative.
Helen joined Charles Sturt University in March 2024 as the Chief Information & Digital Officer.
